Dry type nitrogen sample concentrator is mainly used for the concentration or preparation of large quantities of samples in gas phase, liquid phase and mass spectrometry analysis. Through microcomputer control technology, using high-purity aluminum material as heating medium, the temperature control is more accurate and the temperature control range is wide.
QLJC12 dry type nitrogen sample concentrator uses solid-phase extraction pretreatment technology instead of traditional liquid-phase extraction and chromatography technology, so that the sample can be quickly separated and purified. Using nitrogen blowing instead of the commonly used rotary evaporator for concentration, greatly shortening the analysis time.
Theory:
The dry type nitrogen sample concentrator blows nitrogen into the surface of the heated sample to quickly evaporate and separate the solvent in the sample, so as to achieve the purpose of oxygen-free concentration of the sample and keep the sample more pure. Nitrogen is a kind of gas that is not easy to react with other substances. Drying with nitrogen can prevent the gas from reacting chemically with other substances dissolved in water to form precipitation. Drying with nitrogen increases the gas flow and takes away the volatilized water, so that the utensils are dry and clean.
Features:
1. Each blowing needle is independent of each other to avoid cross-contamination.
2. The height of the air cavity can be adjusted, and the standard air needle length is 150mm.
3. The nitrogen blowing instrument is controlled by 12 independent flow control valves to save gas. The position of each blowing needle can be independently changed to the purge position.
