QL-Z1500 Zero Air Purifier is an equipment for purifying air supply.
The zero-grade air is produced from compressed air by means of catalytic oxidation. The compressed air is channeled into a heated catalyst bed where the hydrocarbons are converted to carbon dioxide and water vapor, producing zero-grade air with less than 0.05ppm hydrocarbon content (measured as methane). Then eliminate the carbon dioxide and water vapor to get zero-grade air.
Working Principles
Compressed dry air enters this purifier, and it's oxidized in the stainless steel stove which is full of noble metal catalyst, then get the pure air which hydrocarbon and CO content are less than 0.1ppm. Pure air enters three-level molecular sieve purification, remove the air particles, and finally get dry, pure and zero air.
Application
GC-FID, GC-NPD, GC-FPD ,GC-TCD ,THC, TOC ,COT, DSC ,TGA, ELSD , which needs zero-grade air supply.
Installation and Usage
1. Connect compressed air outlet with this equipment inlet, connect gas-applied equipment with this equipment outlet. Screw the nuts carefully for sealing well.
2. Connect power supply and turn on the switch. Set working temperature at 350ºC. After preheating for 30 minutes, temperature gets the set value, and equipment enters working condition.
3. The hydrocarbon in air changes into CO2 and water. After adsorption and purification through molecular sieve, the hydrocarbon in zero air is less than 0.1ppm. After using equipment continuously for 200 hours, the molecular sieve is saturated, and it should be replaced or regenerated. While regenerating, it should be backed for 4 hours under 150-180ºC.
4. Please switch off the power after using this equipment.
